HEAD, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION –ADEYINKA  ADESOKAN

Mr Adesokan is a versatile, an accomplished accountant and a person whose
life has been devoted to accounting . His career in accounting started in 1992
when he picked up a job with Mandilas Group of Companies. By dint of hard work and commitment to service, he rose to the position of Accountant.
During his stay in Mandilas, he passed through necessary professional training and handled complex accounting assignments.

In year 2000, he joined the services of Gawo Pharmaceuticals Nig.Ltd (a drug manufacturing company) as the Company Accountant. He was later re-designated as Manager, Finance and Administration. He held the former position for two years and the latter for four years.While in Gawo, he was given, among other assignments, the responsibility of restructuring the finance and accounting functions of the company,the assignment which he successfully completed.He was instrumental to the winning of cheap funds for the company from one major financial institution in Nigeria.

He left Gawo pharmaceuticals in year 2006 to join Tower Aluminium Nig PLC in a division manufacturing household utensils as the Chief Accountant. The position he held till year 2007.While in Tower Aluminium, among other achievements, he was particularly hailed for restoring normalcy to the inventory management system which hitherto had being a major issue.

By year 2007, he moved on to join Themes and Schemes Group of Companies as the Group Head, Finance and Accounts.There,he was given the respon sibility of overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the Group. He contributed immensely in improving the liquidity position of the Group.

In june 2008, he joined the services of Global Apex Logistics Limited as the Finance Manager.

He is a Chartered Accountant and accounting graduate of Rufus Giwa Poly technic, Owo, Ondo State.
