MANAGING DIRECTOR (ACTING) – TONY TAYLOR
Dr Taylor graduated in the UK, initially in Physics and then in Operations Research, and has over thirty years experience working with large world class organisations such as Reckitt Benckiser, Tyco Electronics, Diageo(Guinness) and DHL Exel. In addition to a period as University Lecturer in both the UK and Malaysia, he has worked extensively in the supply chain in a number of roles, including Management Consultant, Purchasing/Supply Manager, Supplier Development Director, Procurement Director, Logistics Director and Managing Director.
Tony has been in Nigeria since 2001 and has a very good understanding of the practice of logistics and the issues surrounding its successful development in the country. With like-minded logistics professionals and the Lagos Business School he helped to create the Logistics Society of Nigeria and was honoured to be its first President.
